Fall Promotion

Promotion Dates: 9/11/18 -11/15/18

UniSource’s Fall Promotion offers you the opportunity to save even more money on energy efficiency upgrades with increased rebates on select measures through our EasySave and EasySave Custom programs. 

Our Fall Harvest Event also allows customers to submit new applications for projects that previously were ineligible to qualify for these higher promotional rebates or standard rebates under the 2018 program. This promotion applies only to new applications submitted between September 11, 2018 and November 15, 2018.

Increased Incentives

EasySave

Increased rebates are being offered for new applications for lighting projects. The following terms and conditions apply:

1.    Rebates increase from 7¢ per kWh to 10¢ per kWh during the promotional period.

2.    Signed Participation Agreements are required within 30 calendar days of approved applications (instead of the usual standard 10-business day requirement). Proposals will be cancelled if signed agreements are not received after 30 days.

3.    Only proposals for new projects that have not begun work are eligible. Proposals for projects that are underway or have been completed are ineligible for this promotion. Proposals that are underway qualify for rebates under our Fall Harvest Event.  

4.    This promotion is offered on a first-come, first-served basis until promotion funds are fully committed. Rebates are subject to the availability of funding.

6.   Project completion forms must be completed and submitted with documentation by November 15, 2018. Reservation extensions are not eligible with this fall promotion.

7.   Standard program terms, policies and procedures apply if not specified here.

EasySave Custom

Increased rebates are being offered for new applications for lighting measures. The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Rebates increase from 7¢ per kWh to 10¢ per kWh during the promotional period.
2. Use the Fall Promotion worksheet found at uescommercialenergysolutions.com to receive the increased rebates.
3. All other documentation required by the EasySave Custom program must be submitted including a Pre-Notification Application. Applicants must receive a notice of reserved funding to confirm the availability of funds for their project. 
4. Funding is reserved only until November 15, 2018, and will not be extended.
5. Only new applications for projects that have not begun are eligible for increased rebates. Projects that have been completed or are underway qualify for standard rebates.
6. This promotion is offered on a first-come, first-served basis until promotion funds are fully committed. Rebates are subject to the availability of funding.
7. Applications that were previously submitted and then subsequently cancelled and resubmitted will qualify for the standard program incentives.
8. Projects must be completed and Final Applications along with the required documentation must be submitted by the deadline of November 15, 2018.

Fall Harvest Promotion

Our Fall Harvest Event gives customers the opportunity to submit a new application for rebates on their projects that were previously ineligible to earn either the increased promotional rebate outlined above or standard rebates.  

EasySave

New EasySave proposals for 2018 lighting projects may be submitted and may qualify for higher rebate levels if:

• The project has begun or is still underway
• An application for the project was previously submitted, but was cancelled for any reason

Proposals for projects that have already been completed are ineligible.

EasySave Custom

New EasySave Custom applications for 2018 projects may be submitted and will qualify for the standard (non-promotional) rebates if:

• The project has begun and is still underway
• The project was completed in 2018
• The standard worksheet is used

Please review the Terms and Conditions forms for both programs. These forms must be submitted along with the customer’s application documents.

Rebates are subject to the availability of funding and applications for this Fall Promotion will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
