COMMERCIAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS INCENTIVE APPLICATIONS

The Commercial Energy Solutions EasySave Plus program (formerly known as the Large Business program) offers rebates to business customers to reduce the initial cost of purchasing more-efficient equipment including lighting, HVAC, motors and more.  Eligible business customers can choose from either a prescriptive list of measures with set incentives or submit a custom worksheet with an incentive based on kWh savings.

Applying for a rebate is easy:

1. Submit both a Project/Customer Information Application
    (Part 1) marked as "Pre Notification," and
2. Submit the appropriate Prescriptive or Custom Measure
    Worksheet (Part 2) from the list below.
3. Install equipment.
4. Submit a Project/Customer Information Application
    (Part 1) marked as "Final Application," and
5. Submit the updated appropriate Prescriptive or Custom
    Measure Worksheet (Part 2) from the list below.
6. Receive rebate in approximately 4-6 weeks of submitting
    completed application.

Prescriptive Measure Worksheets (Part 2)

Energy Management Systems (EMS)- for projects with HVAC energy management systems. Updated 7/5/2016.

Checklist:  A simple checklist is provided in the Application to help you through the process and to help you ensure the information is complete before you submit.Eligibility: Only TEP Non-Residential customers on Rates 10, 13, 14 and 40 (or the Time-of-Use equivalents) are eligible. Energy efficient equipment purchased, contracted for or work conducted prior to July 3, 2008 is not eligible for an incentive.

    Rebate Caps: TEP may pay up to 75% of the incremental cost per prescriptive measure and up to 75% of the incremental cost on custom measures.

    Funds are not officially reserved until you have received a reservation notification.
